Expanding the acclaimed Nihi Sumba resort, this new seven-key private enclave synthesises traditional Sumbanese architectural motifs with refined contemporary gestures; timber, grass, and stone are reinterpreted through a modern lens to shape immersive hospitality spaces that are at once rooted in place and globally resonant.

The project has been recognised as a finalist at the World Architecture Festival 2026, joining a curated international selection of works celebrated for design excellence.
