Located in Dubai’s iconic One at Palm, this apartment is defined by warm timber cladding, expansive glazing, and panoramic views. The design draws the skyline inward, naturally extending the calm interior spaces out onto the adjoining terraces to establish a serene urban retreat.

Following an initial FF&E collaboration with ARRCC, Studio Akamá introduced a refined new layer of interior design to the residence. Through bespoke details, curated textures, and subtle lighting, the space achieves a timeless, lived-in atmosphere grounded in tactile warmth and understated elegance.
